Inside a private gated area, the structure will stand two stories with total construction size of 600 square meters (6,250 square feet) on a 1,500 square meter (.25 acre) lot.

The building consists of five individual condo units.  The architectural design is a neo-tropical concept created by respected architect Oscar Villavicencio Blanco.  Our team management team called on our years of collective experience in building, buying and selling homes to create a “smart design” with Oscar.  The result is a boutique condo that efficiently uses space and creates a comfortable, intelligent flow between areas.

The Condo Units

The units are two stories, with 101 square meters (1,100 square feet) of living space.  They living area, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor, along with a garden terrace sitting area and half bathroom.  The second floor features 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
